All of our coaches are USAV registered and background-checked, which means they understand the sport of volleyball as well as how to safely train young athletes. Learn more by viewing our bios below.

Lisa Butcher

Director, 12, 13 & 14 Coach

Lisa has been coaching for 30 years in the Bloomington community. She is a certified IHSAA referee and USAV club director, and she earned her AOC Head Coach Certification at the Level 1 distinction. Her coaching philosophy is to develop players to be mentally tough by practicing the same way they compete.

Tammy Pardue

Assistant Director , 13 Coach

Tammy has coached for more than 27 seasons at different age levels in the southern Indiana area. She believes in creating a supportive environment for young players to improve their skills and make friendships that last a lifetime. She is currently head coach at Tri-North Middle School.

14U Coach Lexi Zemlyak — Lexi started playing volleyball at a very young age, played club volleyball at Pantera, Edgewood middle & high school. Lexi is currently a student at Indiana University and is the 7th grade middle school coach at Tri North.

14U Asst. Coach: Sammy Camporez Stuebe: Sammy played volleyball at multiple levels in Brazil. Sammy most recently coached volleyball at the YMCA. Sammy is returning for her 3rd season with Pantera.

12U Coach Bailey Deimer - Bailey played volleyball at Jackson Creek Middle School and Bloomington South. She also played several years in club at Pantera and Circle City. Bailey was the setter for 4 years at Murray State University. Bailey just finished her 1st year coaching volleyball at St. Charles Middle School.

13U Coach Darci Vine - Darci is currently the 8th grade coach at Eastern Middle School. She played at Eastern High School and Club Volleyball.

13/14 U asst. Coach Mary Mortara - Mary played middle school and high school volleyball as a middle hitter. She continues to compete in local leagues and tournaments. She has coached 7th grade at Tri-North, as well Girls Inc. and Pantera.

12U Coach Maggie Mobley - Maggie played volleyball in middle school, high school and club as a setter. Maggie has coached volleyball for several years. Currently returning as a coach at Jackson Creek Middle school.

12U Asst. Hayley Stout — Hayley played volleyball at Edgewood Middle School & High School. She also played several years in club, including Pantera. Hayley is currently a nurse at IU Health. Hailey just finished her 1st year coaching at Seven Oaks.

14U Coach Meghan Fletcher - Meghan has coached for years with different organizations, including Upward. She is currently the 8th grade coach at Batchelor Middle School.
